How to Deposit Points
Enter the Amount
Type the amount of ZXC points you wish to deposit. The equivalent in PHP and USD is automatically calculated in the fields below. (Min: 50 ZXC, Max: 10,000 ZXC)
Choose Payment Method
Click the "Select Payment Method" dropdown and choose your preferred channel (e.g. GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer). The specific account details will appear in a dashed box below the dropdown.
Send Payment & Capture Receipt
Send the exact currency amount to the displayed account. Make sure to **save a screenshot of your successful transaction receipt** containing reference numbers and transfer details.
Upload Proof & Submit
Upload the saved screenshot into the "Payment Proof" section and click "Submit Request". The administrator team will manually review and credit the ZXC points directly to your wallet!
Wallet points are processed securely. Standard processing time is 5-30 minutes.
